Purpose
This Policy is designed to assist in protecting the Services provided by Swift, the Swift network, Users of the network, the Internet, and the Internet community as a whole from improper service use and/or illegal activity. Any activities contrary to or in violation of this Policy are prohibited.
Sub-Processors
Swift SMS Gateway™ use of sub-processors as third-parties is part of your service experience. To provide specific functions, such as payment processing, monitoring, facilities hosting and related services, our sub-processors may have access to client data, as specified in the Data Processing Agreement specific to your subscribed service.
All Sub-Processors are also subject to Swift SMS Gateway™’s existing Supply Chain Policy. This establishes the requirements for selecting, assessing, and onboarding all Supply Chain Partners used to support SMS aggregation, routing, storage, analytics, and API delivery. It ensures compliance with industry security, privacy, and service-level expectations, including ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI-DSS (if applicable), PIPEDA and telecommunications standards.
Storage and Access Information
Swift SMS Gateway™ is a facilities-based aggregator primarily co-located in Barrie, Ontario within the Toronto (TOR-X) metropolitan area core network specifically in the TOR-5 serviced through eStruxture Data Centres exceeding Tier III+ Standards, massive power capacity and 10MW power capacity.
